Symphony Uncorked is back in the Pavilion! We kick off a set of three summer performances with a twist on the string trio on June 28! Typically, a string trio is made up of a violin, a viola, and a cello. At this performance, two flutes take the place of the violin and viola mixing the bright colors of the woodwind flutes with the warm and dark sound of the cello. Canton Symphony Orchestra musicians Jenny Robinson (flute), Julie Sarver (flute), and Minygao Zhao (cello), will take you behind the scenes of their musical selections and tell the stories of their own journeys in music.
A cash bar will be available, so enjoy a glass of wine in the beautiful Pavilion as you hear this unique trio take the stage. This concert will be performed in the round with the musicians in the center of The Pavilion and the audience surrounding on all sides. This unique experience will allow listeners to be fully immersed in the music and get to know the musicians even better.
