MassMu Extends Hours for Last Saturday
The Massillon Museum will remain open until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 29, in collaboration with downtown Massillon’s Last Saturday event. A visit to the Massillon Museum is always free and everyone is welcome.
All galleries will be open. Guests can see Missing History of Massillon: Unheard African American Stories; Artwork by Members of the Boys and Girls Club of Massillon; Barrie Kaufman: A Fragile Environment; Carry On:” A Century of Swing; The Paul Brown/Massillon Tiger Football History Timeline; Collection Spotlight: Faces of Massillon Business; The Immel Circus; the Local History Gallery; Innovators of Massillon; the American Indian Gallery; and the Albert E. Hise Fine and Decorative Arts Gallery.
MassMu receives operating support from the Ohio Arts Council and ArtsinStark as well as marketing support from Visit Canton. This event is funded in part by the National Endowment for the Arts.
Regular Museum hours are Tuesday through Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. The Massillon Museum is located at 121 Lincoln Way East in downtown Massillon.
