Collections Workshop
 
 
The Massillon Museum will hold a member workshop, MassMu Collections Snapshot, on Thursday, October 27, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Museum’s Fred F. Silk Community Room. New members are welcome at any time.
 
Bailey Yoder, Curator of Football Heritage; Mandy Altimus Stahl, Archivist; and Operations Officer Scot Phillips, who leads the membership campaign, will display and discuss specially selected artifacts from the permanent collections.
 
Current and new members are welcome. There is no charge for the event, but attendees should register at MassMu.org/Tickets. The membership campaign will continue through the end of the year.  For more details, call the Museum at 330-833-4061.
 
The Massillon Museum receives operational support from the Ohio Arts Council and ArtsinStark.  This event is funded in part by the National Endowment for the Arts.

  • News or profile must be arts, entertainment or culture related. 

Event Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in sharing your event in ArtsinStark’s event calendar! Please make sure your event meets the following guidelines before submitting, or we may be unable to include your event:

  • Priority will be given to events organized by or in support of local non-profit organizations. 
  • Event must take place in Stark County, Ohio.
  • Event must be arts, entertainment or culture related. 
  • Event must be open to the public. No private events.
  • Event can be free or ticketed but must include a link to a website or social media event where more information is available. 
  • Event must be submitted at least one week prior to the start date.
