Artists May Apply for 2024 Studio M Exhibitions until May 10

The Massillon Museum is now accepting proposals from artists for 2024 exhibitions in the Studio M Gallery on the second floor of the Museum.  Applicants must be Museum members, but new members are welcome at any time.  Studio M is a dedicated space to showcase emerging and contemporary artists.

Each five-week show is celebrated with an artist’s reception, and artists are featured guests for Massillon Museum’s podcast, MassMusings.

Interested artists can see examples of previous Studio M exhibitions on the Museum’s website at massillonmuseum.org/past-exhibits. The application instructions and online form can be found at massillonmuseum.org/artist-opportunities.  The deadline to be considered for a 2024 exhibition is May 10, 2022.

The Massillon Museum receives operating support from the Ohio Arts Council and ArtsinStark. This endeavor is funded in part by the National Endowment for the Arts.

MassMu is located at 121 Lincoln Way East in downtown Massillon. A visit is always free. Free parking is available on adjacent streets and in nearby city lots. For more information, call 330-833-4061 or visit massillonmuseum.org.
