Annual Award Winning FashionAlliance Returns to Alliance

FashionAlliance is set to return to Jupiter Studios on March 21, 2020. This Award-Winning Avant-Garde Fashion event is created by Chrystal Robinson-Shofroth of GhostRighterz Artist Services and Jackie Bertolette of Haute Ohio Magazine and last year’s event won the Most Creative Production at Ohio Fashion Awards. FashionAlliance is curated by local artist Chrystal Robinson-Shofroth and her team will be running the event. This Multidisciplinary arts event will feature artists, musicians and performance artists from across the United States. Visual Artists on show include Chicago Native Mike Drost whose Avant-Garde artwork shows amazing attention to technique, Canton local Barbara Breckenridge a long time favorite of the Alliance Arts Scene, Craig Crison avant-garde airbrushed plant incorporating artwork, Lena Schwarze photography and fashion inspired Paintings, Dan Weaver photography and new to The Ohio Arts Scene, Cleveland Photographer Cedric Whitworth. The music performances are by Alliance locals IcecreamAppatizer, Iris Shofroth (Eyeball), Kaydence Jayne and Carma Couture. This year’s event will be highlighting local Ohio performance artists including Caryl Lynn Young, Diana Cox and Chrystal in ”War of the Time Tramps” in a unique performance inspired by “ Will you Die for Art?” and Hollow Leigh Yancy, with her unusual live painting performance. The event is highlighting Minerva based ballroom dancers Coral and Thomas from DanceAbel Ballroom Studios. Finishing the night is a Finale performance by Calypso Riley. Fashion designers include Chrystal, RJ Luna, Darla Foxx, JC Hammer, Tracy Lanier, Blue Candies, Autumn Gineen and Caryl Lynn Young. This counter-culture, Avant-Garde event and the exhibit will be the talk of the town and you do not want to miss this event so mark your calendars for FashionAlliance 2020!

  • Event must take place in Stark County, Ohio.
  • Event must be arts, entertainment or culture related. 
  • Event must be open to the public. No private events.
  • Event can be free or ticketed but must include a link to a website or social media event where more information is available. 
  • Event must be submitted at least one week prior to the start date.
